Athagor howled in pain. Why was this prey giving him so much trouble? "Fine. Suit yourself." he said angerly, and he knelt down to the moat the surrounded the castle, shoving her under water without warning and bringing her back up again. He walked back to his guards post, "Your not covered in dirt anymore." he laughed at the site of her all wet.

Labyrinth's eyes widened when he knelt and dunked her into the mirky waters of the moat. Coming up sputtering she cursed him in as many ways she could, "Let go of me, you ugly-oversized-dispicable-ogre!" she coughed several times more before she bit him again.

"Nope." he said simply, licking his lips and bringing her towards his hungry jaws.

Labyrinth remembered belatedly the designer clips pinned in her hair. She pulled the small blades from each clip and dug them deeply into the orgre's hand.

"You little pest." he said in pain, though his mood a bit brighter because he would eat soon. He looked at the blades in his hand, picking them out of his skin. Athagor brought her towards his mouth again, his stomach rumbling.

Nothing she did could loosen his hold on her and when he brought her closer to his mouth once more she did the last thing she could think of. Pulling back her arm she hit him square in the nose.

"Argh!" he shouted, tightening his grip on her, but dropping his battle axe. Blood trickled from his nose, and he wiped it away. He swore at her, placing his fingers so that she couldn't use her arms. "What was that for? Can't an ogre eat in peace?" he brought her towards his jaws again.

"That was for you trying to eat me!" she squirmed even harder now that her arms where clutched to her sides. "No!" she tried biting his finger again but couldn't reach.

Athagor threw her into his mouth, but when her foot hit one of his teeth he howled and spit her out, his brown eyes wide. His hand rushed to his mouth, that was now flowing with blood. The tooth that her foot had touched was sensitive, as the dental care in the Dark Kingdom was horrible.

Labyrinth closed her eyes tight expecting pain but when Athagor spit her out she rolled. Stumbling to her feet she grabbed the daggers he had dropped and started running.

Athagor watched the human go, no longer having the desire for food. Blood ran from his mouth onto his hand, and the ogre cursed quietly. He picked up his battle axe and continued his guard work, blood still trickling down his lip.
