Dragon barley heard the sound, but he did moving just in time to avoid an arrow. It was dark so he did not see the dark tell it was to late, he felt it as its tip entered his skin. Dragon reached up to pick the dart out, placing it into a pocket so he knew what was on the dart & how to treat what ever.

Labyrinth heard the faint sound of an arrow flying through the air. She watched as the Dragon avoided one but the other. She looked for the one who had fired but it was to dark to see anyone.

A voice out of the dark spoke "Ayy the mighty dragon, out walking alone. But you loose something? Perhaps we can help each other?" The antidote for that dart I hit you with, for lets say your title?"
The dragon looked at the figure you could just make out "Go to hell, you know you will never have my title. As for the dart antidote, simply I just kill you & take it"

Labyrinth watched silently from her perch in the large tree. The men were talking and she could barely make out what they were saying, –The dart was poisioned.- Climbing down to a lower branch she listened to their discourse. -His title?-

"You first dragon, you are already half way there. As for your title, you know as well as I that all one had to do to clam it is kill you & take it"
"Yes kill me something, you never could do & know will be no different. You will never be the dragon gladiator, I forged the name threw blood. If you think your self worthy of such a name, then come & fight me for it"
The man moved closer as if assuming the poison was taking root "So be it" He moved to shoot at dragon once more, only to have dragon dodge it. It turned into to a fight of arrows & such, the out come came when dragon threw very thin, like spear that when it went into the flash it exploded inside the area.
One the man was on the ground posing no harm, Dragon approached the man cheeking for the antidote. He was quick to find the man was a lier as he had assumed, he started to move back for camp, he staggered a few times. He knew once at camp he could find the antidote.

Labyrinth jumped down the remaining feet to the floor. Checking the man for a pulse she found none, whatever the Dragon had thrown had killed the man. “What title?” she spoke aloud not thinking that he could still be nearby. “Labyrinth Cencio, you are an idiot for what you are about to do.” She ran after the Dragon and saw that he stumbled. Before she could think twice about it she ran up to him and slipped his arm about her shoulder helping him along, “Say anything and I’ll finish what he started!”

He was surprised as he moved, when he stumbled he felt another by his side. He had tough to fight them, but at there words he knew who it was. He did not miss her other words, he did not speak as he excepted her help.

Labyrinth stopped holding him back applying pressure to his wound she made him sit down. “Should have answered the questions I asked earlier, instead of me making you.” Kneeling in front of him she repeated the questions, "Why couldn't you just let me go earlier? You have women back at the camp that you can use to your amusement. What do I have you want? Remember I can leave you to die by hitting you over the head.”

He knew even with the poison in him, his blood would heal him form it, but it would take time. He felt her as she put presser to his wound, he drew a breath. He moved to fight only to find it was not the wisest of ideas. He heard her questions but, he would not tell her the truth. "I though I could make a good profit on you" The words where like venom to him, but it was the best he could come up with.

“You thought you could make a good profit on me?” She repeated quietly, the words registering. “You didn’t even mean to keep me! You think to sell me again? To whom…an old man who will gladly take me and use me?” The fear in her voice shadowed the anger she felt. She rose stumbling back, “What kind of man are you? You’re no better than those slavers!” As a soldier she did not fear death but as a woman sold as nothing more than a property to another…death would be preferable.

"Who says I would not keep you, I can be cruel but, not that cruel. There are other ways to make money & yes they are more honorable then you are thinking what I was going to say" He rose to leave, if she fallowed or did not he only had in the back of his mind. He knew he had to get to his home where, his body could rest & fight the drug that was in him.

The silent battle that took place in her head resulted in her grabbing his arm and helping him along, “After this I expect to be let go.” She told him quietly. Draping his arm about her shoulders, “So you meant to keep me? No, don’t answer that.” Afraid of any answer he could give.

He felt her beside him once more, he also heard he words. For the moment he did not say anything, he just continued to walk with her help back to camp.

Rin helped him into his tent and chair, "Anything I can get you?" She almost laughed at the irony of it all. There was a pitcher of water and she soaked a rag and handed it to him.

At her words he spoke "No but thanks" He then saw the rag she held out to him, he took it with a light nod of thanks. He knew that they had to start moving so, it was a long ride still. He called out for his man, when he show he told him they where pulling out & would only stop to rest the horses, eat & drink. They had to make it to his manor or those under his care would be at the mercy of an unforgiving world.
Soon they where on there way hardly stopping, it was hard for all. But, soon dragons manor appeared as it formed out of the fog that appeared to keep it hidden.
